The affected range includes the Bravia 5, Bravia 7, Bravia 7 II, Bravia 8, Bravia 8 II, Bravia 9, Bravia 9 II and Sony A95L. Users had reported audio falling out of sync with video when using external HDMI devices, while others encountered problems involving Dolby Vision playback.

Sony has also started rolling out firmware v114.603.100.1 in the US, with user reports indicating that it addresses HDMI audio gradually falling out of sync with the picture. However, eARC audio dropouts may still occur for some users, meaning the latest software may not eliminate every reported problem.
