We'll cover everything from the basics to advanced features, with examples of popular models, all in simple English.

Lloyd TVs are designed with Indian consumers in mind. They support popular streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video, and Hotstar, which are favorites among Indian households for Bollywood movies, cricket matches, and regional content. With prices starting from as low as ₹13,000, Lloyd makes high-tech TVs accessible to middle-class families across cities like Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore, as well as smaller towns. The brand emphasizes energy efficiency, which is crucial in a country where electricity costs can add up. Plus, their sleek designs fit well in compact Indian living rooms.

Whether you're upgrading from an old CRT TV or seeking a premium 4K experience, Lloyd's 2025 lineup has something for everyone. Let's break it down step by step.

Understanding the Lloyd TV Lineup in India

Lloyd's TV range in India is divided into three main categories: Standard LED TVs, QLED TVs, and Mini-LED TVs. This segmentation allows buyers to choose based on budget and desired picture quality. All models are smart TVs, meaning they connect to the internet for streaming, apps, and more. They run on user-friendly operating systems like WebOS or Google TV, which support voice commands in English and Hindi – a handy feature for Indian users.

1. Standard LED TVs: Affordable and Reliable

These are the entry-level options in Lloyd's lineup, perfect for first-time buyers or secondary rooms like bedrooms. They offer HD Ready or Full HD resolutions, with some models stepping up to 4K UHD. Sizes start from 32 inches, ideal for small apartments, and go up to 86 inches for larger spaces.

Key features include:

• HDR10 support for better contrast and colors.
• Dual-band Wi-Fi for smooth streaming.
• Built-in speakers with 20W output, often enhanced by Dolby Audio.
• Multiple HDMI and USB ports for connecting set-top boxes, gaming consoles, or pendrives – common in Indian homes where DTH services like Tata Sky or Airtel are popular.

Prices for these models range from ₹13,000 to ₹2,50,000, depending on size and features. They're energy-efficient, consuming less power, which helps with India's varying voltage issues.

2. QLED TVs: Vibrant Colors for Movie Lovers

QLED technology uses quantum dots to deliver brighter, more accurate colors. Lloyd's QLED lineup is mid-to-high range, targeting families who enjoy watching movies, sports, or web series. These TVs excel in bright rooms, common in Indian homes with large windows.

Highlights:

• 4K Ultra HD resolution with upscaling for non-4K content.
• Far Field Technology for hands-free voice control – say "Play Bollywood songs" without a remote.
• 60Hz refresh rate, suitable for fast-action scenes like IPL cricket.
• Smart features like Chromecast and Miracast for screen mirroring from phones.

Sizes vary from 43 inches to a massive 100 inches, with prices between ₹30,000 and ₹4,00,000. They're great for Diwali gatherings or family movie nights.

3. Mini-LED TVs: Premium Performance for Tech Enthusiasts

The top-tier in Lloyd's 2025 lineup, Mini-LED TVs use thousands of tiny LEDs for precise backlight control. This results in deeper blacks, higher brightness, and better HDR performance. Ideal for home theaters in upscale Indian residences.

Standout features:

• 120Hz refresh rate for smooth gaming and sports viewing.
• HDR10+ for dynamic picture adjustments.
• AI Quad Core processors for faster app loading and upscaling.
• Larger sizes from 55 inches to 75 inches.

These start at around ₹80,000 and go up to ₹1,60,000, offering value compared to international brands like Sony or LG.

Overall, Lloyd's lineup covers screen sizes from 32 to 100 inches, resolutions from HD to 4K, and prices that fit budgets from ₹10,000 to over ₹3,00,000. All models come with a 1-year warranty, extendable, and are made in India, supporting the 'Make in India' initiative.

Lloyd TV Buying Guide: Tips for Indian Buyers

Buying a TV in India involves more than just picking a size. Here's a step-by-step guide to ensure you get the best Lloyd TV for your home.

Step 1: Determine Your Budget

Lloyd caters to all pockets:

• Under ₹20,000: Go for 32-inch LED models like 32HS551G.
• ₹20,000-₹50,000: Mid-range QLED or 4K LED, e.g., 43QX900F.
• Over ₹50,000: Premium Mini-LED or large QLED.

Factor in sales – festivals like Diwali or Republic Day offer up to 50% off on sites like Flipkart and Amazon. Use no-cost EMI if needed.

Step 2: Choose the Right Size

Room size matters:

• Small rooms (bedrooms): 32-43 inches.
• Living rooms: 50-65 inches.
• Home theaters: 75+ inches.

In India, where families gather around the TV, opt for at least 43 inches for better viewing from 6-8 feet away.

Step 3: Focus on Resolution and Display Tech

• HD Ready: For basic viewing, budget-friendly.
• Full HD/4K: Essential for streaming high-quality content.
• QLED/Mini-LED: For superior colors and contrast, especially if you watch a lot of HDR content on Netflix.

Indian content often varies in quality, so upscaling features are key.

Step 4: Smart Features and Connectivity

All Lloyd TVs are smart, but check:

• OS: WebOS for simplicity, Google TV for more apps.
• Voice Control: Supports Hindi for ease.
• Apps: Pre-installed Indian favorites like Zee5, Aha.
• Ports: At least 3 HDMI for DTH, Blu-ray, and soundbar.

Wi-Fi stability is crucial in areas with patchy internet.

Step 5: Audio and Extras

Look for Dolby Audio or Atmos. If sound is weak, budget for a soundbar. Gaming modes with low input lag are great for PUBG or FIFA fans.

Step 6: Energy Efficiency and Warranty

Lloyd TVs are rated for low power use. Check star ratings. Warranty is 1 year standard, with options to extend up to 3 years via Havells service centers, available in most Indian cities.

Pros and Cons of Lloyd TVs
