Lumio has announced new versions of its Vision 7 and Vision 9 TVs, about a year after the previous models launched. The latest Vision 9 features a 65-inch QD Mini LED panel with native 144Hz refresh rate at 4K resolution. The Vision 7 comes in 43-inch and 55-inch sizes. These TVs introduce hardware upgrades and new software features, including Project Neo for improved content discovery.
The Lumio Vision 9 (2026) 65-inch TV is priced at Rs 72,999. With introductory bank offers and coupons, the effective price drops to Rs 64,999. The Vision 7 (2026) 43-inch model costs Rs 29,999, while the 55-inch version is priced at Rs 39,999. Additional offers may further reduce these prices. Sales begin April 24, 2026, on Amazon and Flipkart. Lumio also plans to release a refreshed 55-inch Vision 9 in May 2026.
The Vision 9 uses an Enhanced VA (EVA) panel with Mini LED backlighting and quantum dot color technology. The company claims 800 nits peak brightness and a contrast ratio up to 7000:1 (dynamic contrast 100,000:1). The TV supports HDR10 and Dolby Vision for enhanced picture quality. For gaming, it offers native 4K at 144Hz, VRR, and ALLM, making it compatible with PS5, Xbox Series X, and gaming PCs. The TV also supports 1080p at up to 240Hz for competitive gaming.
Audio is handled by a 50W hexa-driver setup with dual subwoofers and Dolby Atmos support. The TV runs on a MediaTek Pentonic 700 chipset, paired with 3GB DDR4 RAM and storage that is twice as fast as the previous model. Lumio claims this results in faster boot times and app loading compared to standard Google TVs, reducing UI lag.
The TVs run Android 14 with Google TV. Lumio has updated its TLDR interface to aggregate and present content from multiple apps in a single searchable feed, reducing the need to switch between platforms. Project Neo is a new feature that allows users to send content or text messages to the TLDR bot via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Telegram. The bot uses AI to show where content is streaming and helps users build a watchlist directly on the TV.
Connectivity options include HDMI 2.1 ports, USB 3.0 with exFAT support, and a satellite input for DD Free Dish. These features aim to make the TVs suitable for a wide range of entertainment and gaming needs.
