The Xiaomi Mi 12S Ultra features a beautiful 6.73 inch AMOLED display. The display supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+ capabilities from its 1000 nits brightness in HBM mode and 1500 nits peak brightness. The LTPO2 1440 x 3200 resolution panels allow for adaptive refresh rate with max 120 Hz.

For calculations, Mi 12S Ultra packs the all new Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 paired with 8 or 12 GB RAM and the latest UFS 3.1 storage. A beefy 4860 mAh battery cell is used for providing juice to the phone. Additionally the phone also has a special chip to regulate charging speeds for optimum charging. The phone supports 67 W wired fast charging, 50 W fast wireless charging and 10 W reverse wireless charging.

The primary selling point of the phone is the excellent camera system consisting of a 50.3 MP primary wide camera paired with a 48 MP 5x periscope camera and another 48 MP 128° ultrawide camera. The camera system uses Leica lenses and has a special TOF 3D sensor for depth information. The phone can also record 8K video at 24 fps and Dolby Vision HDR 10-bit video. The selfie department is handled by a single 32 MP camera which supports HDR.
