A listing for the smartphone titled "Jio LS1654QB5" was spotted by his MySmartPrice on benchmarking website Geekbench. The list shows some key specs such as processor, RAM and operating system. The rumoured Jio Phone 5G smartphone is said to feature a chipset codenamed Holi. This means the handset could be powered by the Snapdragon 480+ chipset under the hood paired with an Adreno 619 GPU.

The list also shows that the Jio Phone 5G scored 549 points in the single-core test and 1661 points in the multi-core benchmark test. According to a Geekbench entry, the phone runs Android 12 and may run on Jio’s PragatiOS.

Additionally, the list also reveals that the upcoming Jio Phone 5G will feature 4GB of RAM.

The Jio Phone 5G was previously tipped to feature a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. It could come with a dual rear camera setup that includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies and video calls, the 5G phone could have an 8-megapixel sensor on the front.

For the battery department, the smartphone is expected to feature a 5000 mAh battery cell. It is also expected to support fast charging at 18 W speeds. The phone will come preloaded with Jio apps and Google Mobile Services.
