Global Launch Details

Vivo announced today that both the X300 Ultra and X300 FE will be available outside China. The company has not provided details on pricing or exact release dates for different regions. The X300 FE is a rebranded version of the S50 Pro mini, which was previously exclusive to China. The global X300 FE model features Bluetooth 6, an upgrade from the S50 Pro mini's Bluetooth 5.4. No other significant hardware differences exist between the two models.

Vivo X300 Ultra Specifications

The Vivo X300 Ultra serves as the brand's flagship imaging device for 2024. It features a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440x3168 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. It offers options for 12GB or 16GB of RAM and storage capacities of 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB. The device is powered by a 6,600 mAh battery, supporting 100W wired and 40W wireless charging.

The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. The front camera is 50MP with autofocus. Both the X300 Ultra and X300 FE run Android 16 with Vivo's OriginOS interface.
