It comes with a 6.62-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels. In addition to the large 20:9 aspect ratio display panel, there is a wide notch that accommodates dual selfie cameras and a pixel density of 406 PPI. On the right side of the device, there are buttons for power and volume. There are thin bezels around the entire display. A selfie camera with a fingerprint sensor and facial recognition support are both available on the V25 5G for added security. FuntouchOS 12 runs on top of Android 12 by default, with Vivo's own UI on top.

An ultra-wide lens of 8MP, a macro sensor of 2MP, and a 50MP main camera are all housed on the back of the Vivo V25 5G. Dual selfie cameras are installed on the front-facing device, with a 16-megapixel main sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens.
