Forza Horizon 6 is set to launch globally on May 19, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S and PC. Players who purchase the Premium Edition will gain early access on May 15. Ahead of the official release, Nvidia will host preview events in several Indian cities, allowing gamers to try the title before its public launch.
Nvidia will organize pre-launch events on May 16 in New Delhi, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Bangalore. These events will take place at select gaming cafes from 12 PM to 10 PM. Attendees can play Forza Horizon 6, meet gaming influencers, and participate in giveaways. Registration for these events is currently open.
This initiative follows a similar event held in February for Resident Evil Requiem. The preview allows fans to experience the game without any purchase, providing a unique opportunity to engage with the title and the gaming community before its release.
Forza Horizon 6 was first announced at the Tokyo Game Show 2025. It succeeds Forza Horizon 5, which launched in 2021 and became one of Xbox’s most successful titles. The new installment moves the Horizon Festival to Japan, introducing the series’ most ambitious map to date.
At launch, Forza Horizon 6 will offer more than 550 cars. This number is slightly higher than Forza Horizon 5 at release but remains lower than Forza Horizon 4’s initial roster. The game also introduces a revised campaign structure. Players will start as tourists and must earn their way into the Horizon Festival by progressing through the ranks, rather than beginning as star drivers.
Currently, Forza Horizon 6 is confirmed for Xbox Series X|S and PC. There is no announcement regarding a PlayStation release. The game’s new features and expanded map are expected to attract both returning fans and new players.
The gaming industry in 2026 continues to see major releases and events. The launch of Forza Horizon 6 follows a trend of early-access opportunities and community engagement through preview events. These strategies aim to build anticipation and allow players to experience new titles firsthand.
