Lenovo has released detailed specifications for its upcoming Legion Y70 (2026) smartphone. The company recently teased the device and has now confirmed several key features. The Legion Y70 (2026) will use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset and include a large 5,500mm² vapor chamber for improved cooling.
The Legion Y70 (2026) will pair its processor with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The front of the device will feature a Q10 AMOLED LTPO display. This display offers a 144Hz refresh rate and a 2K resolution. It also supports a 360Hz touch sampling rate and can reach up to 7,000 nits of peak brightness. Additional display features include Dolby Vision and full DC dimming.
Lenovo has confirmed the camera setup for the Legion Y70 (2026). The main camera will use a 50MP Sony LYT-710 sensor with optical image stabilization. The rear camera system also includes an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2-in-1 auxiliary sensor. For selfies and video calls, the phone will have a 32MP front-facing camera.
The Legion Y70 (2026) will come with an 8,000mAh battery. It will support 90W wired charging and wired reverse charging. The device will also carry IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. This means the phone will be protected against dust and can withstand water immersion and high-pressure water jets.
Connectivity features include enhanced Wi-Fi and cellular performance. The phone will also support dual eSIM functionality. Lenovo will offer the Legion Y70 (2026) in two color options: Carbon Black and Ice Soul White.
Customers in China can already pre-reserve the Legion Y70 (2026) ahead of its official launch. Lenovo has not yet announced international release details.
