Vivo recently announced the X300 FE, with the Urban Olive colorway launching exclusively in India. The device is also available in Noir Black and Lilac Purple. The Urban Olive variant is unique to the Indian market for now. The retail package for the Urban Olive model matches other color options and includes a protective case in the same color.
The vivo X300 FE features a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2,640x1,216 pixels. The display is protected by Schott Xensation Core glass. A punch-hole cutout houses a 50MP selfie camera, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner sits beneath the display for biometric security.
The rear of the phone has a horizontal camera module that spans the width of the device. This module includes a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. An LED flash, branded as "Adaptive Zoom Flash" by vivo, accompanies the camera setup. The back panel is made of glass with a Metal Sand AG (anti-glare) finish, which helps resist smudges.
The Urban Olive color on the vivo X300 FE changes appearance based on lighting and viewing angle. It is a darker shade compared to the Victory Green of the X300 Ultra. The aluminum frame matches the back cover and features a matte finish, which also resists fingerprints and smudges. The phone's volume rocker and power button are located on the right side and provide solid tactile feedback.
The overall build quality of the vivo X300 FE is high, with a compact design that allows for easy one-handed use. The new rear camera layout ensures the phone remains stable and does not wobble when placed on flat surfaces, addressing a previous issue seen with the X200 FE model.
For those interested in detailed technical specifications, the vivo X300 FE offers a blend of premium design, advanced camera features, and exclusive color options for the Indian market.
