As mentioned in the report, Apple Music subscribers now have access to the curated playlist, which consists of 25 songs. The playlist includes popular tracks such as Miley Cyrus' "Fool," Dua Lipa's recently released "Dance the Night," Ed Sheeran's "Eyes Closed," and the Jonas Brothers "Summer Baby." Apple states that this collection aims to energize developers as they kick off WWDC and the summer season. It features some of the most prominent artists of our time.
Apple announced the release of the playlist through an official tweet promoting the upcoming keynote on Monday. Interested users who follow Apple's tweets will receive a notification reminding them to tune in to the online event. Additionally, Apple will express its gratitude by tweeting a thank you message along with a link to the Apple Music playlist. In a cryptic message to developers, Apple's recent tweet hinted at a "new era" beginning on Monday, possibly signalling the start of coding for a new operating system.
Reports suggest that Apple will also make an official announcement regarding its virtual and augmented reality headset, rumoured to be called Reality Pro. The headset is expected to be a standalone device with its own app store, possibly named xrOS (Extended Reality OS). MacRumors has reported on an AR experience featuring a rotating bubble shaped like the Apple logo with the date "June 5, 2023" displayed in the centre.
