Currently, Apple is selling the iPhone 14 series, iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 12, and iPhone SE (2022) officially, but after the launch of the iPhone 15 series, at least four models are expected to be discontinued. A report from Tom’s Guide suggests that Apple may discontinue the iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 12, and iPhone 13 mini.
It is important to note that Apple's decision to discontinue older models is not uncommon. In fact, after the launch of the iPhone 14 series last year, the company discontinued the older Pro model and the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 Mini. It is also speculated that after the launch of the iPhone 15 series, Apple may offer a discount of up to Rs 10,000 on the older models to attract customers to buy the latest iPhone 15 series.
As for the models that will remain in the market, Apple is expected to continue selling the iPhone 13, iPhone SE (2022), iPhone 14, and iPhone 14 Plus. These models will likely continue to be available on Apple's official website, while older models may be available on other platforms. Overall, the launch of the new iPhone 15 series is eagerly awaited by Apple fans, and it will be interesting to see what new features and design the company brings to the table.
