On Friday, Infinix India launched its flagship gaming smartphone, Infinix GT 30 5G+, in India. The handset is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SoC and a 5,500mAh battery pack with support for bypass charging. It features a Cyber Mecha Design 2.0 with white LED lighting at the rear panel and also comprises GT Shoulder Triggers for gaming and customizable functions. This new Infinix phone in India has a 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 primary rear sensor and a 13-megapixel selfie camera.

Infinix GT 30 5G+ smartphone price in India starts from Rs 19,499 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the 8GB + 256GB variant is available at Rs 20,999. The device is scheduled to go on sale via Flipkart on August 14. It will be available in three colorways: Blade White, Cyber Green, and Pulse Blue.

The Infinix GT 30 5G+ is equipped with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate, 4500 nits peak brightness, 2304Hz PWM dimming rate, and HDR support. The smartphone screen has TUV Rheinland Eye Care Certification and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection.

The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset that comes mated with 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. It ships with Android 15-based XOS 15 and promises to receive two major OS upgrades and three years of security patch updates. The device also has Infinix AI features like Folax AI Voice Assistant, AI Note, AI Gallery, and AI Writing Assistant. The Infinix GT 30 5G Plus supports Google’s Circle to Search feature as well.

Launched as a flagship gaming smartphone under the Rs 20,000 budget range, the Infinix GT 30 5G+ gets GT shoulder triggers, which are capacitive buttons on the right edge of the handset to offer tactile and responsive input. These buttons also support customization options so that users can manage controls like camera shutter and video playback options.

Infinix claims this handset is capable of delivering up to 90fps of BGMI gameplay and has an XBoos AI feature that has enhancements like Magic Voice Changer, Zone Touch Master, and a dedicated Esports mode. The smartphone also sports a 6-year 3D Vapour Chamber Cooling System for efficient gaming performance.

The newly launched Infinix GT 30 5G+ phone houses a dual camera setup on the rear panel, comprising a 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 primary sensor and an 8-megapixel ultrawide shooter. For selfies and video calls, the device has a 13-megapixel front-facing camera. On the rear panel, there is also a customizable Mecha Light LED unit with more than 10 lighting patterns.

Additionally, this 5G Infinix phone has a 5,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. It also gets bypass charging and 10W reverse wired charging support. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor for user authentication and an IP64 rating for dust and water splash resistance. The handset includes several connectivity features like 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C Port, as well as Infinix’s UltraLink technology.
