Lava Blaze 5G was announced at the India Mobile Congress 2022 (IMC) in early October. The company has hinted that the upcoming first sale of this smartphone will be exclusively on Amazon. A leaked poster of this upcoming handset has apparently revealed a sale date just days away, said to be priced around the Rs 10,000 mark. this makes the Lava Blaze 5G the cheapest 5G capable phone in India. The company has already revealed that the Lava Blaze 5G will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC.
An alleged poster of the Lava Blaze 5G was spotted by MySmartPrice. It appears to have appeared in the Android client for the Amazon shopping app. Some leaks suggest that Lava will launch the phone on November 3 in India. However, it does not include pricing information. The poster was later removed from the app.
Lava has confirmed that this smartphone will feature a 6.51 inch HD+ (720 x 1600 pixels) LCD IPS display. The display of the Lava smartphone is a 2.5D curved panel and supports a 90 Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, Lava Blaze 5G is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC and the phone will come with Android 12 out of the box. The handset comes with 4GB of onboard RAM and supports up to 3GB of additional RAM through virtual RAM to help the phone with RAM intensive apps. It also includes 128GB of onboard storage.
You get a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel AI primary camera and an 8-megapixel selfie camera up front. A 5000 mAh cell will be used to power the Lava Blaze 5G. Battery life and charging speeds are still a secret.
For connectivity, Lava Blaze 5G supports multiple 5G bands, 4G VoLTE, and Bluetooth 5.1. The device can also be connected via the USB Type-C port at the bottom of the screen for data transfer and charging.
