So MediaTek has finally launched its all-new flagship processor in the market, the all-new Dimensity, which brings you amazing power and capabilities, while this processor will also be featured in two high-end mobiles, let's see all the details in this news.

What's New

• This chipset is based on TSMC's 3nm node (N3P), which promotes greater efficiency and performance.

• The second new feature of this processor is its CPU setup, which is super amazing because it uses all big core design:1 x C1-Ultra core at ~4.21GHz, 3 x C1-Premium cores around 3.5GHz, and 4 x C1-Pro cores at ~2.7GHz

• Moving on to the next section, which is GPU, the GPU improvement includes the newer Arm Mali-G1 Ultra GPU, which provides improved ray tracing and better graphic efficiency, resulting in higher frame rates.

• You will receive a newly upgraded NPU (neutral processing unit), which will provide you with better AI capabilities and token generation.

While all of these specifications and upgrades demonstrate how powerful the processor is and how it will deliver high-end performance.

Phones & Launch Date

• So, just after the launch of the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, the first smartphone to use it is the Vivo X300, the high-end smartphone we've been waiting for will be released in China on October 13, 2025, and with this processor, it's going to be an amazing device.

• The Oppo Find X9 series will also be released, but it will take a few days longer to launch; the launch event for the Oppo Find X9 will take place on October 16, 2025.

These two phones will be high-end devices equipped with powerful and upgraded components capable of matching the power of the processor.
