OnePlus 12 launch, price and specifications

OnePlus 12, the latest flagship smartphone from the Chinese company, has been launched in China with impressive features and a competitive price. The OnePlus 12 comes with a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 3168 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and Dolby Vision support. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and has an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Specification and Features

The OnePlus 12 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which is based on a 4nm process and has an octa-core CPU and an Adreno 750 GPU. The phone offers up to 24GB of RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, but does not have a microSD card slot.

It comes with a triple rear camera setup, which consists of a 50MP primary sensor with an f/1.6 aperture, a 64MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 48MP ultrawide lens with a 114-degree field of view.

The rear cameras feature Hasselblad Color Calibration, Dual-LED flash, HDR, panorama, and 8K video recording. The front-facing camera is a 32MP sensor with an f/2.4 aperture, HDR, and 4K video recording. It also has a stereo speaker system with 24-bit/192kHz Hi-Res audio, a USB Type-C 3.2 port, an infrared port, NFC, and a 5400mAh battery that supports 100W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging. The phone runs on Android 14 with OxygenOS 14 (International) or ColorOS 14 (China) on top.

Price and Launch date

The OnePlus 12 price in China starts from CNY 4,299 (Rs 50,600 approx) for the 12GB+256GB variant, CNY 4,799 (Rs 56,500 approx) for the 16GB+512GB variant, and CNY 5,499 (Rs 64,700 approx) for the 24GB+1TB variant.

The phone is available in three colors: Black, Green, and Silver. The OnePlus 12 India will launch tomorrow on January 23, and the price range is tipped to be between Rs 58,000 to Rs 60,000.
