Smartphone prices have increased significantly over the past year, making flagship devices more expensive. However, the OnePlus 13 is now available at a reduced price during the Amazon Prime Day sale in India. Originally launched at Rs 69,999, the OnePlus 13 can currently be purchased for Rs 49,999 with applicable bank offers.
The OnePlus 13 is listed on Amazon for Rs 54,999, which is Rs 15,000 less than its launch price. Buyers can further reduce the price to Rs 49,999 by using select bank offers. Additionally, customers can exchange their old phones for further savings, though the final amount depends on the device traded in. The deal is available as part of the Amazon Prime Day sale, which will run until July 6.
In 2026, flagship smartphone prices have reached new highs. New models, including the OnePlus 15, now cost over Rs 80,000. This makes the OnePlus 13 a notable option for those seeking a high-end device under Rs 50,000.
The OnePlus 13 features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. Competing devices like the Vivo V70 and Nothing Phone 4a Pro, which are priced similarly, use the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. In performance tests, the OnePlus 13 handled multitasking and gaming, such as Genshin Impact, without significant heating issues.
The device includes a triple 50-megapixel rear camera setup, consisting of a main, ultrawide, and 3x telephoto lens. The cameras carry Hasselblad branding, which is not present on newer OnePlus models. This setup offers versatility and strong performance for its price segment.
The OnePlus 13 comes with a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. The LTPO technology allows the screen to lower its refresh rate to 1Hz, helping to conserve battery life. This feature is uncommon in smartphones priced below Rs 50,000. The display delivers accurate colors and reaches a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, making it suitable for outdoor use.
The OnePlus 13 is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery. While this is smaller than the OnePlus 15R’s 7,400mAh and the iQOO 15R’s 7,600mAh batteries, the OnePlus 13 still provides reliable battery life. In testing, the phone lasted a full day under heavy use and up to two days for lighter usage. The device supports 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.
With ongoing supply issues affecting memory components, smartphone prices are expected to remain high. The OnePlus 13, though a generation older than the OnePlus 15, offers many flagship features at a lower price point. It remains a strong option for users seeking a premium experience without the higher cost of newer models.
