OPPO F21s Pro series launched in India

The OPPO F21s Pro series, which consists of the OPPO F21s Pro 4G and OPPO F21s Pro 5G devices, has been released in India. This product range represents an improvement over the OPPO F19s series. Those who have been following OPPO product launches for the past few years may experience déjà vu after taking a brief look at the specifications and design of these phones.

That's because the OPPO F21s Pro 4G is comparable to the OPPO F21 Pro in terms of setup and configuration, while the OPPO F21s Pro 5G is similar to the OPPO Reno 8Z in terms of specifications and design. In any case, let's take a closer look at what these brand-new OPPO F21s Pro series smartphones have in store for us.

Oppo F21s Pro and Pro 5G Price and Availability in India

The OPPO F21s Pro 5G is available in two colors—starlight black and dawnlight gold—and retails for Rs 25,999 in India. The OPPO F21s Pro 4G, on the other hand, has a price tag of Rs 22,999 and comes in the same two colour options: starlight black and dawnlight gold.

These OPPO F21s Pro series phones will be available for purchase on the company's official website in India. The OPPO F21s Pro series phones will begin shipping on September 19th. Through bank incentives, the company is providing instant discounts of up to Rs 2,500.

Oppo F21s Pro 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 695 5G chipset paired with 8 GB RAM which can be extended to 13 GB via 5 GB of virtual RAM. The device comes loaded with 128 GB of internal storage which can be increased via the expandable memory card slot present.

There is a large 6.4” AMOLED display, the 2400 x 1080 pixel resolution display has 409 ppi and has a peak brightness of 600 nits. Oppo F21s Pro 5G has a decently sized 4500 mAh battery and supports fast charging with 33 W SuperVOOC technology for quick charges.

The photography department is handled by a triple camera system with a 64 MP primary camera paired with two 2 MP cameras, a macro and a depth sensor. There is a 16 MP shooter to take selfies.

The 4G variant of the Oppo F21s Pro is powered by a slightly less powerful Snapdragon 680. Most other internals are same as the Oppo F21s Pro 5G, with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage with MicroSD slot expansion. The display is also shared between the two. The 4G variant also comes with a 6.4” AMOLED display with a 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution. The non 5G variant comes with a 90 Hz display where the 5G model only supports 60 Hz.

The main camera system is also identical to the Oppo F21s Pro 5G, with a 64 MP primary shooter paired with two 2 MP depth and macro shooters. The selfie shooter is different with a 32 MP camera.

Both devices come with Android 12 out of the box with ColorOS 12.1 on top of it.
