Samsung has expanded its A-series lineup by launching the Galaxy A07 5G in Thailand. The smartphone is now listed on Samsung’s official regional website, confirming its pricing and complete specifications. It arrives as the 5G counterpart to the Galaxy A07 4G, which was unveiled earlier and later introduced in India.
The new model focuses on long battery life, reliable performance, and extended software support—key factors for budget smartphone buyers.
In Thailand, the Galaxy A07 5G is available in two variants:
It is offered in Black and Light Violet colour options and is currently sold through authorized retail channels.
The smartphone features a 6.7-inch HD+ PLS LCD display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and up to 800 nits brightness. It uses a waterdrop notch design for the selfie camera.
Performance is handled by a 6 nm octa-core chipset, reportedly the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, paired with up to 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage, expandable up to 2 TB via microSD.
Samsung ships the Galaxy A07 5G with Android 16-based One UI 8, and has confirmed an impressive six Android OS updates and six years of security patches, making it one of the longest-supported phones in its segment.
For photography, the phone includes:
It packs a large 6,000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging via USB Type-C. Connectivity options include 5G Sub-6, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.
The device also features Samsung’s Key Island design with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
While Samsung has not officially announced an India launch, the chances look strong. The Galaxy A07 4G, Galaxy F07 4G, and Galaxy M07 4G were all launched in India in late 2025, suggesting Samsung may follow a similar strategy with the A07 5G.
If launched in India, the Galaxy A07 5G could be priced between ₹14,999 and ₹16,999, positioning it as an affordable 5G option with long-term software support—something Samsung increasingly highlights in its budget lineup.
More clarity is expected in the coming weeks as Samsung expands the device to more markets.
