Samsung has teamed up with Paytm to integrate movie and travel ticket booking services into the Samsung Wallet app for Galaxy smartphone users in India. This collaboration enables users to buy and store tickets for events, movies, buses, and flights directly within the app, eliminating the need for additional apps. Samsung is also offering discounts of up to Rs 1,150 on first-time bookings and a referral scheme with Amazon gift vouchers. This new feature positions Samsung Wallet as a competitor to the recently launched Google Wallet app in India, which does not yet offer similar ticket booking capabilities.
