New information about the rumored Vivo X500 Pro Max has emerged online. A recent leak has provided details about the device's rear camera system, following earlier reports about its display. The leak states that the Pro Max will feature a triple rear camera setup. This setup includes two 50MP sensors and a 200MP camera.
The primary camera will reportedly use Sony's 50MP 1/1.28-inch LOFIC sensor. The periscope telephoto camera is expected to feature a 200MP 1/1.4-inch sensor. Vivo is also testing an upgraded ultrawide camera, which may use a 50MP Sony IMX8-series sensor. However, the company could choose a smaller 50MP sensor for the ultrawide camera instead.
Previous leaks have suggested that the Vivo X500 Pro Max could be powered by MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9600 chipset. This chipset is expected to offer improved performance over previous models. The combination of advanced camera sensors and a new chipset may position the X500 Pro Max as a strong contender in the premium smartphone segment.
Vivo has not confirmed any official details about the X500 Pro Max. The information comes from a tipster who has shared accurate leaks in the past. The company is reportedly still testing camera components, and final specifications may change before launch. The focus on high-resolution sensors and advanced camera technology suggests that Vivo aims to enhance photography capabilities with this model.
