Looks and Listens the Part: Unveiling the Marshall Motif II ANC

Marshall's Motif II ANC, a wireless earphone with outstanding sound for around Rs 20,000, distinguishes it due to its attractive design, active noise cancellation, and 30-hour playtime. However, the purpose of this review is to determine whether the high price warrants the excellent sound quality.

Marshall's Motif II ANC has a leather-textured shell with a crushed-paper textured surface that provides a firm grip and resistance to scratching. However, the plasticky design, absence of a steel hinge, and general quality are disappointing for this price range. Despite its appealing look, the case lacks the robustness that customers expect, making it a disappointment given its price point. The sleek black housing of these earbuds is tiny and lightweight, with a plastic structure that seems less expensive than its price tag. It has a pairing button and a little LED that indicates battery life. The fit is subjective, but it is advised that you try them on in store first.
The Motif II ANC is a well-balanced audio device with distinct mids and treble and a wide soundstage. It shuts out most workplace noise but suffers with harsh exterior sounds such as construction or traffic. Transparency mode enhances one's awareness of their surroundings. When in-ear detection is turned off, music is paused, and call quality is great in most situations, with just little muffling in noisy locations.
The Marshall app has an easy-to-use UI for ANC settings, touch controls, and battery status, as well as a built-in equaliser for sound customisation, but it has problems with pairing and connection dropouts.
The Motif II ANC has a long battery life of up to 4 days with ANC activated and 5 days when turned off. It allows wireless charging, although the pace is poor.
The Marshall Motif II ANC is a sleek, sound-focused earphone that provides a crisp, detailed listening experience. It has a lengthy battery life of up to four days, but the app is sluggish, and the build quality is worse than expected for the price. Consider the Sony WF-1000 XM5 or the Nothing Ear 2.
