On Tuesday, AI+ Pulse and Nova 5G smartphones were launched in India. The handsets run on Android 15-based NxtQuantum OS, which is reportedly fully developed in India. The AI+ smartphone OS is claimed to store data on MeitY-approved Google Cloud servers, while the AI+ mobiles are also designed in India—the newly launched smartphones from AI+ feature 50-megapixel rear main cameras and 5,000mAh battery packs.
In India, the AI+ Pulse smartphone was launched at a price tag of Rs 4,999 for the 4GB + 64GB variant, while the 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs 6,999.
Additionally, the AI+ Nova 5GB phone is priced at Rs 7,999 for 6GB + 128GB variants, while the 8GB + 128GB variant is available at Rs 9,999.
The AI+ Pulse 5G phone sales will commence from July 12 via Flipkart, and the Nova 5G will go on sale from July 13. The handsets will be offered in five color options: Black, Blue, Green, Pink, and Purple.

AI+ Pulse and Nova smartphones have 6.7-inch HD+ displays with 90Hz and 120Hz refresh rates, respectively. While the Unisoc T615 chipset powers the Pulse 5G, the AI+ Nova 5G features the Unisoc T8200 SoC. Both smartphones support up to 1TB of expandable storage and are shipped with NxtQuantum NxtQ OS. AI+ claims that the mobile OS is developed in India and features essential components, including the NxtPrivacy Dashboard, which displays to users the apps that are tracking their data. It also has NxtQuantum PlayStore, NxtQuantum Theme Design Tool, Community App, Community Wallpaper, and NxtMove App. Moreover, the smartphone OS is powered by Google Cloud infrastructure and based on Android 15.
For optics, both the AI+ Pulse and Nova 5G are equipped with an AI-enabled dual-rear camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary sensor. For selfies, both handsets have a 5-megapixel selfie camera. AI+ Pulse and AI+ Nova also come with a 5,000mAh battery pack and support for 18W charging. Several connectivity options are included, such as Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jacks, and USB Type-C Ports.
The AI+ Pulse 5G phone measures 77.37 x 167.35 x 8.5 mm in size and weighs 193 grams, whereas the Nova 5G measures 168.04 x 77.7 x 8.2 mm.
