Its chips, such as Blackwell and Hopper, are designed for data centers and specialized machines used by companies like OpenAI and Anthropic. However, these chips are not intended for personal computers.

The new Nvidia RTX Spark chip aims to change this by bringing AI capabilities to personal computers. RTX Spark is a compact and efficient chip developed in collaboration with MediaTek, which contributed technology for the CPU, power management, and memory system. With RTX Spark, Nvidia claims users will be able to run large language models with up to 120 billion parameters locally.
