The ASUS Zenfone 12 Ultra, successor to the Zenfone 11 Ultra, has been spotted on the IMEI database, confirming its model number 'ASUSAI2501H' and marketing name. The device is rumored to share similarities with the upcoming ROG Phone 9, possibly featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset based on TSMC's 3nm architecture. Despite the confirmation, the Zenfone 12 Ultra may not launch soon, with a potential release around March 2025. The Zenfone 11 Ultra, released earlier this year, featured a 6.78-inch FHD+ LTPO AMOLED display and a 50MP main camera with gimbal OIS.
