Carl Pei, CEO of Nothing, hinted at a potential new smartphone, likely the Nothing Phone (3), through an image shared on X. The image showcases a redesigned Quick Settings menu and what appears to be the updated design of the upcoming device. Notably, the speculated Nothing Phone (3) features a new button alongside the power and volume keys, potentially serving as an 'Action' button similar to the iPhone 15's functionality. This button could allow users to customize shortcuts for specific actions, adding a layer of functionality to the device. While details remain speculative, the teaser has sparked curiosity about the anticipated features of the Nothing Phone (3), especially considering its predecessor, the Nothing Phone (2), was launched in July the previous year. Additionally, the Quick Settings menu has received a redesign, introducing changes such as a collapsed and expanded view, traditional circular icons for Quick Settings toggles, and adjustments to toggle sizes and slider placements.
