Honor Win Turbo Launches in China with 10,000mAh Battery and Triple IP Rating

​Honor has launched the Win Turbo smartphone in China, focusing on battery endurance and durability. The device features a large 10,000mAh battery and triple IP certification, setting it apart from other models in the Win series.

Key Features and Specifications

The Honor Win Turbo uses the Dimensity 8500 chipset, which consumes less power than the Snapdragon 8 Elite and 8 Elite Gen 5 found in the Win RT and standard Win models. This makes the Win Turbo less performance-oriented and more focused on long battery life.

The phone has a 6.79-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes in three memory configurations: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, 12GB RAM with 512GB storage, and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage.

The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor and a 5MP ultrawide lens. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie camera. The device does not include a cooling fan, unlike the previous Win series models.

Battery and Charging Details

The Honor Win Turbo’s 10,000mAh battery is a standout feature. However, it does not support wireless charging. Wired charging is capped at 80W, compared to 100W on the other Win models. According to Honor, the phone charges from 0 to 100% in about 90 minutes using the 80W SuperCharge charger.

Durability and Design

The device holds IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for water and dust resistance. This means it can withstand high-pressure, high-temperature water jets, which is notable for a phone with a standard design rather than a rugged build. The Honor Win Turbo is available in Black, White, and Blue color options.

Pricing and Availability

The 12GB/256GB model is priced at CNY 2,699 (approximately €340). The 12GB/512GB version costs CNY 2,999 (about €380), while the 16GB/512GB variant is available for CNY 3,599 (around €560).
