iQOO 15R India Launch Date, Availability

iQOO has officially confirmed that the iQOO 15R will launch in India on February 24. The announcement was made via an X (formerly Twitter) post and a media invite shared by iQOO and its India CEO Nipun Marya.

The smartphone will be sold exclusively through Amazon India, as confirmed by the teaser. The official image reveals the phone in a white colour option, showcasing a square-shaped camera module with rounded edges, similar to the standard iQOO 15.

iQOO 15R Design and Camera Details

Based on the teaser image, the iQOO 15R will sport a dual rear camera setup housed inside a squircle camera island. While iQOO hasn’t confirmed camera specifications yet, leaks suggest the phone could include a 200-megapixel primary sensor paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera.

On the front, it is expected to feature a 32-megapixel selfie camera, making it competitive in the premium mid-range camera segment.

According to listings on Bluetooth SIG, Geekbench, and SIRIM, the iQOO 15R (model number Vivo I2508) is expected to offer:

The iQOO 15R is rumored to be a rebranded version of the China-exclusive iQOO Z11 Turbo, which launched earlier this month at CNY 2,699 (around ₹35,999) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant.

If positioned similarly in India, the iQOO 15R could target the ₹35,000–₹40,000 price segment, competing with performance-focused smartphones from OnePlus, Realme, and Xiaomi.
