Jio Discontinues Popular Prepaid Plans Amid Price Revisions

Jio has quietly removed several prepaid plans following recent price hikes. Discontinued plans include the Rs 3,662, Rs 3,226, Rs 3,225, Rs 2,999, Rs 909, Rs 806, Rs 805, Rs 3,178, Rs 4,498, and Rs 3,227 packs, which offered benefits like daily data and OTT subscriptions (SonyLIV, Zee5, Disney+ Hotstar). The popular Rs 1,559 plan is now Rs 1,899 without unlimited 5G. Booster packs like Rs 61 are now Rs 69, also lacking unlimited 5G. Customers will no longer receive bundled OTT subscriptions, affecting data and entertainment access.
