Lava Blaze Dragon 5G is confirmed to launch in the Indian market on July 25. Before its official launch, the Indian smartphone brand has revealed design, color options, and key specifications of the upcoming Lava Blaze Dragon 5G smartphone. However, the price of the phone will be announced in the coming weeks. As per the official release, the handset will pack a 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup, a 5,000 mAh battery pack, and a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset.
Amazon has created a microsite for the Lava Blaze Dragon 5G phone. Based on this microsite, the smartphone could be priced below Rs 10,000. A promotional teaser post stating the Blaze Dragon 5G launch in India states the starting price as "X,999". For colorways, the phone will be sold in Golden Mist and Midnight Mist color options. Lava will launch the Blaze Dragon smartphone on July 25 at 12 pm IST.
The Amazon microsite revealed that the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC will power Lava's upcoming smartphone in India, paired with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 3.1 storage. It will also support up to 4GB virtual RAM expansion and run on stock Android 15 out of the box.
Lava Blaze Dragon 5G will feature a 6.74-inch HD+ (720x1,612 pixels) 2.5D display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 450 nits of peak brightness, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display panel will have slim bezels, a slightly thicker chin, and a center-aligned waterdrop-style notch at the top. While the dual rear camera setup is unclear, it's confirmed that there will be a 50-megapixel primary sensor.
The handset will have a 5,000mAh battery pack with 18W wired charging support. The device will also get a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a face unlock feature.
