The most affordable smartphone in the company's inventory, the Nothing Phone (2a), will get an India-specific model soon, according to tech firm Nothing. The updated version, which has a teaser that was just released on Flipkart, will be launched on April 29 at noon.
After the Nothing Phone (2a) was first released in March, Nothing launched a special "Community Edition Project" whereby community members were asked to submit ideas for a limited-edition phone. Nothing's co-founder Carl Pei hinted about the creation of additional variations when he tweeted that the project had received over 400 submissions.
The teaser that is available on Flipkart just shows the Phone (2a)'s iconic rear design against a blue background, with very little information provided. Although there are still few information available, customers and tech enthusiasts alike are becoming more and more excited about the future version.
In addition, leaks about a Nothing Phone with the model number A142P and codename "PacManPro" have appeared. This raises the potential that a Pro model will be released in addition to the current Phone (2a) portfolio. Codenames and model numbers that are similar point to possible improvements and additions in the next version.
A review of the original Phone (2a) might give you an idea of what to anticipate from the new Nothing Phone (2a) model, even if official specs and features have not yet been revealed.
