The Realme 16x has launched in India as the latest addition to the Realme 16 series. The device features a 7,000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging, all-scenario bypass charging, and 6.5W wired reverse charging. The smartphone also offers a 144Hz LCD display, measuring 6.81 inches diagonally, with a resolution of 1,570x720 pixels and peak brightness of 1,200 nits. The display is protected by Panda-1681 glass.

The Realme 16x runs on the Dimensity 6300 SoC and comes with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM. It offers up to 256GB of onboard storage and operates on Android 16-based Realme UI 7.0 out of the box. Realme has committed to providing two years of Android OS upgrades and three years of security updates for this model.

For photography, the Realme 16x is equipped with an 8MP front-facing camera and a 50MP primary rear camera. The rear camera module also includes a Pulse Light for notifications. The device features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security and MIL-STD-810H certification for durability. It also includes 5,300 mm VC cooling and an IP65 rating, allowing use with wet hands or gloves.

The Realme 16x shares many features with other models in the Realme 16 series available in India. However, it has a lower battery capacity of 7,000 mAh compared to the 8,000 mAh found in other variants. The device is available in two color options: Glory White and Endurance Brown.

Customers can choose from three memory configurations: 4GB RAM with 128GB storage at INR25,999, 6GB RAM with 128GB storage at INR27,999, and 6GB RAM with 256GB storage at INR30,999. Sales in India will begin on August 13 through Realme's official website, Flipkart, and mainline retail stores.
