Realme has launched the Buds T500 Pro in India, targeting consumers in the sub-Rs 3,000 true wireless stereo (TWS) segment. The new earbuds are positioned above the Realme T310 and below the Realme Air series. The Buds T500 Pro are priced at Rs 2,799, with a limited-period discount reducing the price to Rs 2,599 during the first sale.
The Realme Buds T500 Pro feature 50dB adaptive active noise cancellation (ANC), which is stronger than many competitors in this price range. The earbuds use real-time algorithms to adjust noise cancellation based on the user's surroundings and fit. This technology aims to improve consistency, especially during travel or outdoor use.
The earbuds come equipped with a 12.4mm titanium-plated dynamic driver. This driver is designed to deliver deep bass, balanced mids, and crisp highs. The Buds T500 Pro also support Hi-Res Audio with the LHDC 5.0 codec. For users with compatible devices, this can provide better audio detail compared to standard SBC or AAC codecs.
For calls, the earbuds use a six-microphone setup with AI-based noise reduction. This system is intended to isolate the user's voice in noisy environments, addressing a common issue in budget TWS earphones.
The Realme Buds T500 Pro offer up to 13.5 hours of battery life on a single charge. With the charging case, total battery life extends to 56 hours. Fast charging is supported, with a 10-minute charge providing up to 10 hours of playback.
Other notable features include Bluetooth 6.1 connectivity, triple device connection, and a 45ms low-latency game mode. The earbuds also support 360-degree spatial audio for a wider soundstage and have an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance.
The Realme Buds T500 Pro are positioned as a competitive option for buyers seeking strong ANC and high-resolution audio under Rs 3,000. The earbuds will be available at an effective price of Rs 2,599 during the initial sale period. Realme aims to attract users looking for advanced features at an affordable price point.
