Redmi 12 Confirmed Specifications

This upcoming smartphone from Xiaomi in India is already on sale in Thailand. It sports a 6.79-inch full-HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and Android 14-based MIUI 14 OS. The company has provided a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary, 8-megapixel ultra-wide, and 2-megapixel macros lens. Furthermore, the Redmi 12 smartphone will have an 8-megapixel front-facing selfie camera.

Powering from MediaTek Helio G88 12 nm chipset, the mobile will be equipped with Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU. It is set to be launched in India with 4GB/8GB RAM + 128GB/256GB storage options. There will also be a 5,000mAh battery pack and 18W fast charging support.

Redmi 12 Price in India

The 8GB + 128GB variant of Redmi 12 is currently priced at Rs TBH 5,299 in Thailand, around Rs 12,600 in Indian rupees. India pricing details for this upcoming Mi mobile are yet to be revealed on August 1st. However, it's confirmed that the mobile phone will be categorized under the affordable smartphone segment.
