In late October, both of these models were initially presented for the Chinese market. There was also a debut of the standard Redmi Note 12 and the Discovery edition, which has 210W wired charging. It's not yet apparent whether one of these will travel to India.
The Redmi Note 12 Pro's main camera's OIS is highlighted in the teaser videos. The Pro and the Pro+ are essentially the same phone, with the exception that the Pro has a 67W charger and the Pro+ has a 200 MP main camera as opposed to the Pro's 50 MP. A Pro+ with a 4,300 mAh battery (down from 5,000 mAh) and 210W charging, the Discovery version.
All the devices in the Redmi Note 12 series share the same 6.67 inch 120 Hz OLED display and the same 5000 mAh battery capacity.

The base Redmi Note 12 is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 while the Redmi 12 Pro and the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ are powered by the Dimensity 1080 SoC. The camera system is the biggest disparity among the three, the base model comes with a 48 MP primary camera with 2 MP depth camera.
The Redmi Note 12 Pro comes with a 50 MP primary camera paired with an 8 MP ultra wide sensor and a 2 MP macro sensor. The top end, Redmi Note 12 Pro+, features a 200 MP primary camera along with an 8 MP ultra wide and 2 MP macro lens.
