According to rumors, the upcoming iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max models would carry a tetra prism blowup lens, potentially narrowing the optic zoom gap between the two performances. When compared to the iPhone 15 Pro Max's 5x optic zoom, this might significantly accelerate photography performance across both flagship models.

In 2024, Apple plans to release a new triprism blowup lens in the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max, potentially enhancing optic drone capabilities and closing the gap between the two premium iPhone models in the coming range.
