The Samsung Galaxy S24 series is allegedly being developed. For a few months now, there have been rumors circulating regarding the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra variants. After a two-month wait, the next Galaxy Unpacked presentation from Samsung may finally take place on January 17, according to a new report. The South Korean tech behemoth is anticipated to unveil the Galaxy S24 family to the public on the occasion. The pre-order and retail dates for the flagship lineup are also suggested by the report.

According to a report by The Elec, a Korean website, official sources indicate that Samsung Electronics will be the host of the Galaxy Unpacked 2024 event, which is scheduled for January 17, 2024, in San Jose, US.

On the same day, the company is supposedly going to start taking preorders for the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra.

The phones that customers have reserved in advance are expected to arrive between January 26 and January 30. According to the source, general sales of the Galaxy S24 series may start on January 30. The Galaxy S24 series debut date of January 17 has been revealed multiple times in the last few weeks. Due to the February debut of Samsung's previous two non-foldable flagship smartphones, this date is a little earlier in the year than usual. On February 1, 2023, the Galaxy S23 series was revealed, while on February 9, 2022, the Galaxy S22 range made its premiere.

The majority of the Galaxy S23 line's hardware is anticipated to be carried over into this year's normal Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ versions. But rather than aluminum frames, titanium ones are anticipated to be included. In some international countries, the standard Galaxy S24 and S24+ are expected to come with Exynos chips; however, a model with a specially designed "Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC for Galaxy" may also be available. All markets are expected to get the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC in the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The next models are rumored to have AI improvements and to run the One UI 6.0 interface, which is based on Android 14. On their lock screen, there can be a shortcut to the Instagram camera.
