Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Design and Features Leaked

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to undergo a significant design change, featuring rounded edges similar to the Galaxy S21 Ultra, departing from the flat edge design of previous models. This change is confirmed by tipster Ice Universe. The S25 Ultra will also be the thinnest Ultra model yet, with a body thickness of 8.4mm. Key specifications include a 6.9-inch AMOLED 2x display with 3000 nits peak brightness, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, and upgraded cameras with multiple 50MP lenses. It will offer 12GB and 16GB RAM variants, up to 1TB storage, and enhanced battery capabilities.
