The next Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is likely to use the newest UFS 4.1 storage, which will purportedly improve programme loading, multitasking, and file transfers. Other projected specifications include a 200MP quad-camera configuration and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, however it is unknown if the base S25 and S25+ will support UFS 4.1.
