The smartphone has a 90% screen-to-body ratio, a water drop notch on the front, PX2 splash resistance, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, a sizable rear camera module with two camera sensors, and support for 10W standard charging. The phone is offered in Nebula Purple, Uyuni Blue, and Endless Black. The Tecno Spark Go 2023's back panel has a pattern finish.

The 6.56-inch HD+ display on the Tecno Spark Go 2023 has 480 nits of brightness, a 120Hz Touch Sampling Rate, a water drop notch housing a selfie camera in the top centre, and a 20:9 screen aspect ratio. A microSD card may be used to expand the MediaTek Helio A22 SoC, which is another feature of the phone. The phone comes pre-installed with the Android 12-based HiOS 12 custom skin.

The smartphone also features two cameras on the rear, one 13 megapixel primary camera and the other an AI Lens. For selfies and video calls, there is a 5-megapixel camera on the front with a dual micro slit flash. The device also includes an IPX2 rating, measurements, and a fingerprint sensor positioned on the back for security.

The phone also includes a 5,000mAh battery and 10W charging capabilities. The connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a USB Type-C connector.
