So your wait is finally over, as the all-new Vivo flagship X300 series will be released in India today, December 2, 2025. The all-new Vivo X300 series does not come alone, but it brings high-end performance and advanced camera technology to smartphone users. Well, this lineup will include the standard X300 and the premium variant, the X300 Pro. These two variants will be extremely powerful thanks to the MediaTek processor. This X300 series has already been launched in the global market, and today it will be launched in India. So, without further ado, let us take a look at the latest news.
So the launch of this smartphone will begin at 12PM IST and will be streamed live on Vivo's official YouTube channel and other social media handles. Sales will begin immediately following the launch through their official website and official sales partners Flipkart and Amazon. Early birds may receive a bank discount.
So, as you are aware, most Vivo smartphones offer power in terms of affordability, but the X300 series is a flagship and premium series of the vivo flagship smartphone, succeeding the X200, so it may not feel affordable at times. So this lineup includes two smartphones: standard and pro, each with a different RAM and ROM configuration. The X300 costs Rs. 75,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model, Rs. 81,999 for 12GB + 512GB, and Rs. 85,999 for 16GB + 512GB. The Pro variant is available in a single 16GB + 512GB option for Rs. 109,999. If you choose the additional camera kit, it will cost you an extra 20,000.
So both mobiles in this lineup have an aluminum frame and an IP68/IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. The X300 is lighter at 190g and features a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. The Pro model has a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with similar specifications and Dolby Vision support. Both smartphones have slim bezels and reinforced glass for durability.
Under the hood, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 (3 nm) chipset, which delivers blazing speeds and is paired with up to 16GB RAM and 1 TB storage (no microSD slot). They run Android 16 with OriginOS 6, which promises five years of major updates. Benchmark scores are impressive, with AnTuTu exceeding 2.3 million for the X300, making them ideal for gaming and multitasking.
So the camera system was co-engineered with the well-known brand Zeiss. The X300 features a 200MP main sensor (f/1.7, OIS), a 50MP telephoto (3x zoom), a 50MP ultrawide, and a 50MP front-facing camera. The Pro features a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main camera, a 200MP periscope telephoto (3.7x zoom), a 50MP ultrawide, and a 50MP selfie shooter. The features include 8K video, Dolby Vision HDR, and AI tools such as multi-crop editing.
The X300 has a 6040 mAh battery, while the Pro has a 6510 mAh battery; both support 90 W wired charging, 40 W wireless charging, and reverse charging. Expect all-day use with quick topping-ups.
