WhatsApp's Latest: Recent Online Status Update
Suggested connections and foreign payments for Indian users are among the new services that WhatsApp has added to increase user engagement. Prioritizing communications might be made easier for consumers by a future feature.
There are reports that WhatsApp is working on a feature that lets users select which contacts to communicate first by showing a list of those who have recently been online.

A snapshot of the portal displays a current list of contacts that are active, but it is not all of them. Users may rapidly find contacts using this feature who are likely to return calls or messages immediately.
The WA Beta Info report from WhatsApp shows how this might simplify messaging by removing the need to verify the activity status of contacts, all the while protecting users' privacy by not disclosing their last seen or online status.
A new feature that WhatsApp is developing for Android beta testers is anticipated to be released in the upcoming weeks to a larger audience.
As part of its continuous attempts to encourage user connection, WhatsApp has included this function, which reportedly also has the ability to recommend new contacts for users to chat with.
According to WA Beta Info, beta testers are enjoying a new WhatsApp communication feature that enables quick access to possible new discussions without interfering with current ones. This option is located at the bottom of the chats list. By dismissing the corresponding area, users can choose not to get recommendations for starting new conversations. Right now, testing is being done on both features.
WhatsApp is always creating new features to improve the user experience and promote greater communication. The online status and recommended connections are two recent improvements that are meant to make conversation easier and more interesting. It is anticipated that these features will be included in future updates, and they are presently being evaluated by beta testers.
