HP HyperX Omen 15 Price in India, Availability

HP has launched the HyperX Omen 15 gaming laptop in India at a starting price of ₹1,49,999. The laptop comes in a Shadow Black color option and will be sold through Flipkart and select offline retail partners across the country.

HP HyperX Omen 15 Specifications and Features

The HP HyperX Omen 15 is built for competitive gaming and heavy content creation workloads. It features a 15.3-inch WQXGA (2560×1600) IPS display with a 180Hz refresh rate, 3ms response time, and 500 nits peak brightness. The 16:10 panel offers 100% sRGB colour coverage, anti-glare coating, low blue light, and flicker-free support.

Under the hood, the laptop is powered by a 14th-gen Intel Core i7-14650HX processor with 16 cores and 24 threads, paired with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop GPU featuring 8GB GDDR7 VRAM. HP claims up to 170W total processor power, managed by OMEN AI with Unleashed Mode for dynamic performance tuning.

Thermals are handled by OMEN Tempest Cooling, which uses a reverse airflow design to improve cooling efficiency and reduce dust buildup during long gaming sessions.

The HyperX Omen 15 ships with 24GB DDR5-5600 RAM and a 1TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD, with support for dual M.2 storage expansion. It runs Windows 11 Home out of the box.

For input, the laptop features a full-size RGB keyboard with a numeric keypad, 4-zone RGB lighting, 26-key rollover anti-ghosting, and 8K polling rate, enabling a 0.125ms keyboard-to-display response time. It also includes a 1080p HDR webcam and dual-array microphones.

Connectivity, Battery, and Build

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, two USB-A ports, one USB-C port with DisplayPort 1.4 and Power Delivery 3.1, HDMI 2.1, RJ-45 Ethernet, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The laptop packs a 70Wh battery, supporting fast charging up to 50% in around 30 minutes, and ships with a 280W power adapter. It measures 343 × 253 × 23.6mm and weighs 2.21kg, making it portable for a high-performance gaming machine.
