Samsung Galaxy S25 May Feature MediaTek Chipset Variant

Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S25 series could include a MediaTek chipset variant, in addition to Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 and Exynos 2500 options. The MediaTek Dimensity 9400, rumored to be used, may outperform the Snapdragon chip in benchmarks. Built on TSMC’s 3nm process, it features a Cortex-X5 prime core, promising improved performance and efficiency. This move may provide Samsung leverage in negotiations with Qualcomm, particularly if the Exynos chip production faces challenges. The Galaxy S25 series is expected to launch early next year.
