Samsung Galaxy S25 Series to Feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 Across All Markets

Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S25 series will exclusively use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset in all markets, as per analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. This decision comes amid Samsung's issues with the Exynos 2500 chipset, particularly related to lower-than-expected 3nm yield. Historically, Samsung has offered both Exynos and Snapdragon variants depending on the market, but this move follows the precedent set by the Galaxy S23 series, which also used Snapdragon chips globally. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 is expected to launch in October, with the Galaxy S25 series likely debuting in early 2024.
