Vivo India has launched the V50 Elite edition smartphone in the country at a price tag of Rs 41,999. This Elite Edition is bundled with TWS 3e earbuds, which is the only add-on distinguishing this Elite Edition from regular V50 models. The V50 Elite Edition has a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, a Zeiss-backed 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup, and a 6,000 mAh battery pack. The Vivo TWS 3e earbuds were initially launched in August 2024 in India.
Vivo V50 Elite Edition offers a 12GB + 512GB storage option at Rs 41,999. The handset is available in the Rose Red colorway and can be purchased from Amazon, Flipkart, and select offline retail stores. The Vivo TWS 3e in the box offered has a Dark Indigo shade. Customers who buy this Vivo smartphone online can benefit from up to Rs 3,000 instant cashback on HDFC, SBI, and Axis Bank cards or up to Rs 3,000 exchange offers.
Vivo offers up to six months of no-cost EMI options as part of launch offers. For offline customers, up to Rs 3,000 instant discount on SBI, Kotak, American Express, HSBC, DBS, IDFC Bank, Yes Bank, BOBcard, and Federal Bank cars.
The standard Vivo V50 smartphone is available in three options, where the 12GB + 512GB variant costs Rs 40,999, and the 8GB + 256GB and 8GB + 128GB variants cost Rs 36,999 and Rs 34,999, respectively. Additionally, the Vivo TWS 3e earphones are sold in India at retail price of Rs 1,899.
The Vivo V50 Elite Edition is offered with identical specifications to the standard V50 but is paired with the Vivo TWS 3e. The in-box earbuds come in a Dark Indigo shade and have a noise-cancelling capacity of up to 30dB. The brand said the earbuds have high-resolution speaker drivers, ensuring clear, crisp, and detailed sound. It delivers up to 42 hours of overall battery life and 36 hours with ANC and has an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
Vivo V50 Elite Edition sports a 6.77-inch FHD+ quad-curved AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and 4500 nits peak brightness. It is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC coupled with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The handset shipped with Android 15-based FuntouchOS 15. Vivo promised to provide three years of OS and four security updates.
For optics, the device features a Zewiss-backed dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS and a 50-megapixel ultrawide shooter. It has a 50-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. The handset also has the Aura Light feature and AI-based photo edition features.
The smartphone comes with a 6,000mAh battery pack with 90W wired fast charging. It gets an in-display optical fingerprint sensor for user authentication. The Vivo V50 Elite Edition has several connectivity options like dual 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and USB 3.2 Type-C. The smartphone claims to have IP68 and IP69 certifications for dust and water resistance. It measures 163.29 x 76.72 x 7.57 mm in size and 199 grams in weight.
