The Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ has been officially launched in India. The device features a 50MP telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom and is a rebadged version of the global model. It is available in three colors: Pantone Chicory Coffee (brown), Pantone Zinfandel (red), and Pantone Stormy Sea (blue).

The Edge 70 Pro+ comes with a 6.8-inch AMOLED display offering FHD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i and can reach up to 5,200 nits peak local brightness. The device is powered by a Dimensity 8500 chipset, paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.1 storage.

On the rear, the phone has a 50MP main camera with a Sony LYTIA-710 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, and optical image stabilization. The main camera is accompanied by a 50MP telephoto lens with an 81mm equivalent focal length and a 50MP ultrawide lens. The front camera is also a 50MP sensor, housed in a punch-hole cutout.

The phone runs on Motorola's Hello UI, which is based on Android 16 and includes the Moto AI 2.0 suite. Motorola promises three major Android updates and five years of security updates for this device.

The phone is rated IP68 and IP69 for water and dust resistance, offering enhanced durability. The device will be available for purchase from the official Motorola online store and select retail partners. Open sales in India begin on June 11.
