Vivo will launch its X300 Ultra and X300 FE smartphones in India today, expanding its premium device lineup. The launch event will take place in Delhi and will be livestreamed on Vivo's official social media channels and YouTube. The X300 Ultra is positioned as an ultra-premium flagship, while the X300 FE aims to offer a compact flagship experience. Both models are expected to compete with high-end rivals like the iPhone 17 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, and Pixel 10 Pro XL.
Vivo has not officially announced the India prices for the X300 Ultra and X300 FE. However, leaks suggest the X300 FE may have a box MRP of Rs 1,19,999, with an expected launch price of Rs 79,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. This would make it more expensive than the standard Vivo X300, which launched at Rs 75,999 in December 2025. The previous X200 FE debuted at Rs 54,999, indicating a significant price increase for the new model.
The X300 Ultra is expected to be Vivo's most expensive mainstream smartphone in India. Reports indicate a price of Rs 1,59,999. This places it firmly in the flagship premium category, with a price well above Rs 1 lakh.
The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to focus heavily on photography. It may feature a large circular rear camera module with a 200MP primary sensor and a 200MP telephoto camera. The device could offer 3.7x optical zoom and up to 105x digital zoom. Vivo may also introduce external Zeiss telephoto lenses, sold separately, with 200mm and 400mm options. These lenses could increase optical zoom capability up to 17.4x.
Other camera hardware may include a 50MP ultrawide lens and a 50MP front camera. The X300 Ultra is tipped to have a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It is expected to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and a 7,000mAh battery. Charging support may include 100W wired and 40W wireless charging.
The X300 FE is expected to feature a refreshed design with a horizontally aligned rear camera setup. It may have a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device could use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, up to 12GB RAM, and up to 512GB storage.
The X300 FE may include a 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support. The camera system is expected to have a Zeiss-backed setup with a 50MP main sensor, 8MP ultrawide lens, 50MP 3x periscope telephoto camera, and a 50MP selfie camera.
