Motorola teases new Moto Watch launch in India
Circular smartwatch design spotted in official teaser
Features metal case, crown button, and multiple strap options
CES 2026 debut confirms Polar-powered health tracking
The global price set at EUR 99 (around Rs. 10,400)
Motorola has teased the launch of a new Moto Watch in India following its global unveiling at CES 2026 during the Lenovo Tech World showcase. The teaser, shared on X (formerly Twitter), hints that the smartwatch will arrive in the Indian market soon, although the company has not revealed an exact launch date.
The teaser image reveals a round smartwatch with curved glass, giving it a dome-like appearance similar to the Pixel Watch series. Subtle minute markings or a chronograph-style design appear on the outer rim of the display, suggesting a premium design approach.
The upcoming Moto Watch appears to feature a metal body with a prominent crown on the right side, likely used for navigation and app scrolling. Motorola has teased two strap styles:
Silicon strap for a sporty look
Metal link strap for a classic watch appearance
These options closely match the variants shown during CES 2026, where Motorola showcased multiple band choices, including silicon, stainless steel, and leather-inspired straps.
The Moto Watch is priced at EUR 99 (approximately Rs. 10,400) in global markets. Motorola has confirmed availability across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and North America in the coming weeks. India pricing is yet to be officially announced.
The smartwatch features a 47mm round dial with an aluminium frame and stainless steel crown, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It carries an IP68 rating for dust and splash resistance, along with 1ATM water resistance.
A major highlight is Motorola’s partnership with Polar, a Finnish fitness technology company. The Moto Watch supports:
Step counting
Sleep tracking
Stress monitoring
Heart rate and SpO₂ monitoring
Advanced workout tracking
It also supports Bluetooth calling, audio notifications, and the Catch Me Up feature when paired with Moto AI-enabled smartphones.
Motorola claims the Moto Watch can deliver:
Up to 13 days of battery life with Always-On Display (AOD) off
Up to 7 days with AOD enabled

With a premium circular design, Polar-backed health tracking, and long battery life, the Moto Watch could become a strong contender in India’s mid-range smartwatch segment. More details regarding India pricing and launch timelines are expected soon.
